We are very excited to announce a new member of the CFAF team.  Wilfred Spoon joins us as our master framer.  He has more then 15 years in conservation framing.  He was born in Charlotte, NC and has lived in New York, San Francisco and settled in Charleston in the mid 1990's.  Wilfred has worked extensively in framemaking, frame production and finishing.  He also makes his own line of finished corner frames.

Additionally, Wilfed is a talented artist.  After finishing his BFA from Eastern Carolina University, he headed to New York to pursue his MFA at Parsons School of Design.  He was recently featured in Charleston Magazine.  A sample of Wilfred's work can be viewed hanging over the fireplace at CFAF and various galleries throughout the southeast.
